How do shipping and delivery usually work?
Orders normally leave our facility within 72 hours. When your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details by email so you can follow it until it arrives.
If several products are purchased together, some items may ship separately from different locations based on inventory. This helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days.
What will shipping cost me?
Every product includes free shipping.
We also provide a paid shipping option that can speed up processing. Delivery times remain the same.
How do I follow my order?
You should receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Because processing is fast, please email us right after placing the order for the best chance.
Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled because the package cannot be rerouted.
If you no longer want the item, please wait until it arrives and then contact us for return or refund instructions.
Help! My package seems lost or has not arrived?
Our expected delivery window is 4-10 business days after shipment, but delays can sometimes happen outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we’ll gladly look into it and help make it right.
What return policy do you offer?
We offer a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition received: unworn or unused, with tags if included, and in the original packaging.
You must send a photo of your item or items before shipping so we can review the condition.
For orders with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and label costs.

Tracking says delivered, but I do not have it?
Sometimes tracking may show delivered before the package actually reaches you. Orders often arrive a few days later.
If 5 days have passed and it still has not arrived, please contact us here.
You may also contact your local delivery service or post office for extra help. This is usually the fastest option because our resources are limited once the package has shipped from our warehouse.
Some items are missing from my order?
In some cases, items ship from separate locations depending on stock availability so delivery can happen faster.
When this happens, you should receive more than one tracking number for your order.

Where do you ship from and to?
We currently ship internationally. Our warehouses are located in the US, UK, CA, and CH, and your order will ship from the location that offers the fastest delivery based on inventory and destination.
Can I update my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, our order processing is very quick after purchase, which means changes usually cannot be made once the order is placed.
Please make sure your address and order details are correct before completing checkout.
I have not received an order confirmation email?
We send an order confirmation email for every order after checkout is complete.
Sometimes it may land in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.

Are wholesale services available?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer wholesale services. However, we are working on making this possible for businesses and retailers interested in partnering with us.
